Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + annual bonus scheme 

Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Location: Hybrid - 3 days from home and 2 days in our Leeds Head Office!

The role:

The Platforms executive will support the Platforms Senior manager in the day to day running of Retail Media Network across all of GIG Retails Clients. Working closely with the Sales & Operations team to support users and help improve processes.

The Platforms Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our Retail Media Networks, becoming the GIG face for internal stakeholders when requesting support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help support and improve the company’s systems and platforms.
• Work with managers and teams to understand problems and find ways technology can help.
• Creating reports/dashboards
• Learn how different systems connect and make sure they work well together.
• Assist with new projects - testing changes, writing up guides, reporting on progress, and helping train users.
• Day-to-day tasks might include:

• Showing colleagues how to use the system.
• Fixing small issues and answering support questions.
• Making simple updates, like adjusting fields, layouts, or workflows.
• Helping with system improvements and integrations.
• Responding to help desk tickets as the first point of contact.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• A recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a similar subject.
• Someone interested in technology, problem-solving, and supporting business systems.
• Good communicator, comfortable working with different teams.
• Organised and detail-focused, with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Keen to learn and able to pick up new tools quickly.

Nice to have (but not required):

• Some knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, Trello, or Asana.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office/Google, especially Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint and Word

Qualifications, Training or Education:

• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English (numeracy and written skills essential)
• A Levels or equivalent including at least one numerate subject
