Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum + annual bonus scheme
Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Location: Hybrid - 3 days from home and 2 days in our Leeds Head Office!

The Role:
To support successful, end to end delivery of digital campaigns; translating supplier briefs and overarching comms planning strategies into granular digital media plans within the dedicated ad server platform. Ensuring effective delivery and reporting of all digital ad served campaigns, that align to agreed frameworks and objectives and meet client expectations. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure effective quality control, trafficking, troubleshooting and in flight optimisation of digital retail media campaigns, across sponsored product, sponsored display and in the future radio and digital signage booked and delivered in impressions.
Reporting into the campaign operations lead; your role will see you liaise with various parties within the digital ecosystem; sales managers, operations, retail publishers, digital tech vendors and insights whilst maintaining continued collaboration with your colleagues to ensure best practices are observed and delivered. Reporting back to the wider team on media performance and any media under delivery within the ad tech platform.
What you'll be doing:
Campaign Coordination
Schedule programmatic and direct ad ops campaigns.
Execute campaigns within platforms like Osmos, Criteo, Citrus Ad and other relevant systems.
Assisting the wider Ops Team with other daily ad hoc duties should it be required.
Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
Collaborate closely with the Sales & Campaign Operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from campaign booking to go live and delivery
Performance Monitoring & Optimisation
Assess campaign performance, ensuring that KPIs are consistently met.
Monitor campaign delivery and manage in-flight optimisation of campaigns - including impressions and clicks, and address any discrepancies when using third-party tags.
Follow agreed framework for campaign optimisation, where relevant suggesting campaign optimisation strategies and solutions to clients
Implement creative swaps and revisions for underperforming campaigns. adding key words and locations to drive revenue optimisation
Reporting
Provide inventory figures to the Sales Team upon request.
Co-ordinate actualisation of bookings with Sales Managers to ensure billing is accurate.
Providing input into future media plans based on historical data.
Use tools like Excel and Power BI for reporting and analysis purposes.
What we're looking for:
Proficient in Google suite and aptitude to learn new systems.
Curious mindset, with an excellent attention to detail
You will also have strong organisational, collaboration and communication skills
A passion for digital advertising offerings and products
2-3 years experience working within digital ad operations for agency/retailers is essential
Working knowledge of Criteo and/or Adobe CDP is desirable
Strong understanding and demonstrated experience of digital ad trafficking, optimising and reporting
Previous experience in/understanding of creating and managing social media campaigns, both paid and organic, using social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and scheduling platforms.
Knowledge of CRM systems
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
