Full time, Permanent

Salary: £25,200 - £27,299 + annual bonus scheme 

Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Location: Hybrid - 3 days from home and 2 days in our Leeds Head Office!

The role:

To support in successful, day to day campaign management and media execution. In this position, you will be responsible for collaborating with suppliers and managing various marketing campaigns. Your key duties will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of key campaigns. You will also be tasked with overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with company objectives and deliver measurable results. This will require effective project management, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication skills to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly from start to finish.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to execute all end-to-end BAU process across the client’s campaign bookings. Ensuring process is followed across all media internally & externally 
  •  Ensure appropriate tracking is in place for all relevant parties to accurately land all campaigns 
  •  Build & maintain relationships with client’s internal teams & suppliers 
  •  Management of 3rd parties from creation to execution for both printed and digital media 
  • Timely delivery of all creative materials and their compliance with brand and client’s toolkit 
  • Monitor campaign delivery and ensure compliance across the estate 
  •  Co-ordinate actualisation of bookings with Sales Managers to ensure billing is accurate

Minimum Qualifications: A Level Qualifications or equivalent

 

Minimum Experience: None – full training will be given

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:              

Proficient in Google suite - Mail, docs etc. 

Curious mindset, with an excellent attention to detail

You will also have strong organisational, collaboration and communication skills
