🚀 Exciting Opportunity: Account Manager (Retail Media) 🚀


💼 Salary: £30k per annum 

 

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Hybrid Role: 2 days in Leeds, 3 days from home 

 

We’re looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team at GIG Retail! In this hybrid role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing key accounts and ensuring the smooth execution of retail media campaigns.

 

You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, and supporting strategic initiatives that deliver measurable results. If you have experience in retail media and account management, this is your chance to be part of an exciting and dynamic team!

 

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

 

🔹 Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with mid-senior stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor
  • Act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters
  • Use retail media insights to make strategic recommendations, driving campaign improvements
  • Deliver excellent client service to foster growth, repeat business, and high customer satisfaction

🔹 Project Management

  • Oversee retail media campaigns from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Work with clients to design and execute retail media events and programmes, activity that encompasses multiple retail media campaigns 
  • Balance day-to-day client tasks with long-term strategic projects, ensuring successful project delivery within scope and KPIs

🔹 Account Planning

  • Collaborate with the Client Director and account team to develop and maintain account plans that align with client objectives

🔹 Upselling & Cross-Selling

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients, driving revenue growth
  • Support on new business opportunities as required
